In their third decade of protecting the rights, dignity, and self respect of New York's injured workers, The Injured Workers Bar Association continues to hold three CLE Conferences each year, offering a total of 12 CLE credits. IWBA events are open to any New York State Attorney, with preferred reduced pricing is given to IWBA Members. The events are held statewide on a rotating basis, January in New York City, April in Western New York, and September in the Capital Region. Pre-registration is strongly advised to guarantee your seat and course materials. Seating may be limited and registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registrants are guaranteed a seat, emailed a set of course materials, and will automatically be notified if there are any such changes in the date or location of the program. 
Tape recording of IWBA programs is not permitted.
Accommodations for Persons with Disabilities: The IWBA will make reasonable modifications or accommodations to allow participation in its activities by persons with disabilities. IWBA will provide auxiliary aids and services upon request. IWBA with remove architectural barriers and communication barriers that are structural in nature where readily achievable.
