CLE FINANCIAL AID POLICY

The fee for the CLE programs is generally $125.00.

Discounts and Scholarships: All Attorneys members may apply for a discount of scholarship to attend this program, based on financial hardship. Under that policy, any member of our Association who has a genuine financial hardship, may apply in writing, to William W. Crossett IV, 313 East Willow Street, Syracuse, NY 13203 no later than two working days prior to the program, explaining the basis of his/her hardship, and, if approved, may receive a discount or scholarship, depending on the circumstances.

The IWBA has adopted the following Financial Aid Policy that includes Fee waivers for unemployed attorney and fee reductions on the following sliding scale for attorneys with annual incomes less than $30,000:

Unemployed Attorneys shall pay no fee.
Attorneys with incomes less than to up to $15,000 shall pay 25% of the fee.
Attorneys with incomes between $15,000 and $30,000 shall pay 50% of the fee.
Attorneys with incomes above $30,000 shall not be afforded a scholarship.
